April Cleanup Charleston as a HUGE success!

Today we had a very successful cleanup here in the Charleston district of Bremerton. Thanks to everybody for showing up!

Looks like the way I uploaded these to WordPress decided to make the published “original” link a scaled version, I will know better next time. To get to the full sized version:

  1. Click on the image you want to get the big version of, this will take you to a URL in the address bar like https://thecharleston.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/IMG_7330-scaled.jpg
  2. Edit the URL in the address bar to remove the “-scaled” and the full size image will be there I.E.: https://thecharleston.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/IMG_7330.jpg

Additional photos taken by Boisson Media can be found here.

Here are a number of photos taken at the event, while we didn’t photo-release the participants most of this event was on public property/in plain view. I literally grabbed the camera as I was running out the door and I didn’t check settings so I was shooting jpeg, sorry. Anything posted on this post is licensed under creative commons attribution (Charleston Business District) for non commercial, news, political, personal, and/or community positive use. Participants and the entities they represent, and members of Charleston Business District etc. may use these under creative commons (thanks for coming out) no attribution needed (dropping the non commercial requirement). Other uses please reach out for licensing (I.E. no you cant use these as stock photos for your law firm as an example of work release etc.). If you have any concerns about your photo being posted please reach out to Shawn Cupples (site admin, for now) <my last name> at gmail and Ill take it down/blur you or your children upon request. If re-publishing please host yourself this is a shared host with somewhat low traffic handling capability.

If you would like to upload additional pictures as a repo, please let me know. I don’t have a ton of time to actively admin this and just threw it on an existing hosting account that I use as a test, if somebody wants to take an active roll in running this I’m happy to mentor/coach somebody with limited experience on how to manage socials/websites effectively, but I cant make the time commitment right now to actively manage this.
